Zipurban, we aim to offer flexibility while maintaining fairness for both customers and service providers. This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains how cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds are handled on our platform.
You can cancel a service up to 1 hour before the scheduled time at no cost.
Full refund (if prepaid) will be processed automatically.
If you cancel within 1 hour of the scheduled service, a cancellation fee of up to ₹50 or 20% of the service value (whichever is higher) may be charged.
This is to compensate the service professional’s time and travel.
If a service provider cancels or fails to arrive, you will:
Not be charged for the service.
Be eligible for a full refund (if prepaid).
Have the option to reschedule the service at no extra cost.
You may reschedule your booking via the app at least 1 hour before the service time.
Rescheduling within 1 hour is allowed but subject to provider availability and may involve a small rescheduling fee.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
You will receive a confirmation via SMS/email once your refund is initiated.
Partial or full service already completed.
User not available at the scheduled location and time (No Show).
Misuse of the app or violation of Terms of Service.
