Service details, pricing, availability, and ratings are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
Payments can be made through the app using secure payment gateways.
Prices shown in the app are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Refunds are subject to Zipurban’s Cancellation & Refund Policy, which can be accessed within the app or website.
The app requires access to your device’s location to show nearby services and allocate providers.
By enabling location services, you consent to Zipurban accessing and processing your location data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
You agree not to:
Use the app for any fraudulent or unlawful purpose
Harass, abuse, or harm service providers or Zipurban staff
Misrepresent information during booking or service feedback
Attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or damage the app
Violation of any of these rules may result in account suspension or termination without notice.
All content on the app, including logos, branding, text, images, and UI design, are the intellectual property of Zipurban and may not be copied or reused without prior written permission.
Zipurban shall not be liable for:
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the app or services
Any issues arising from third-party service providers, including damage or personal injury
Temporary unavailability or technical errors in the app
You use the app and its services at your own risk.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via the app or email. Continued use after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the app immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any breach of these Terms.
